Claims

If you or your company receives a notice of claim, or hears of a situation that could give rise to a claim, it is important to report the claim or situation to our office immediately.

Upon receipt of your claim, we will then inform the Insurer of this situation. You should hear from the Insurer within a few days. If you do not hear from the Insurer please contact our office at 800-361-9080.

To report a claim, please contact our office using one of the 4 methods listed below. Please be advised it is always important to follow up with our office to ensure we receive the claim when mailing, faxing or emailing.
